I've been remodeling a long time. 1981 to be exact. I ran the cabinet shop while my partner, Roger, did the field work. And this was after building furniture for 4 years. Over the years, I've done just about everything from framing to tilework. But now it's time to let the youngsters do the work. And time to put my experience to work for you.

LOW OVERHEAD: I know how expensive it is to build and maintain a large showroom. I meet you in your home and pass the savings to you. Furthermore, I work with small tradesmen who I know & trust. No large staff or marketing budgets.

ACCESS: As the only authorized dealer for Woodland Cabinetry in Hampton Roads, I can offer deep discounts on a whole range of cabinets from high end to economy. I'm also a dealer for Forno appliances, an up and coming brand with a professional look and an affordable price.

TRANSPANENCY: No mysteries! I run projects "open book". I state my discounts and markups up front and post all purchase receipts on my portal so you can see exactly what is being spent on your job. And I take no commission or referral fees on contract labor. They contract directly with the customer, not through me.

PAY AS YOU GO: I will never ask for an outrageous deposit on the whole job. Design fees are a flat rate so don't worry about running up the clock. Woodland cabinet orders require a 50% deposit with the order and 50% when they are ready to ship. Only modest amounts are needed for all other product purchases. Contract labor is typically 30/30/30/10 but that's between you and them.

AFFORDABLE CUSTOM: Woodland cabinets are made per order and don't come "off the shelf". The lead times, depending on the time of year, are from 5-8 weeks.
